RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Men’s Wellness Store, customer safety and satisfaction are important to us. Because many of our products are personal-care, hygiene, or wellness items, returns are subject to the conditions below.

1. Returns for Unopened Products

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product:

• Is unopened, unused, and in its original condition;

• Has its original safety seal intact;

• Is returned in its original packaging; and

• Includes proof of purchase or the relevant order number.

Products that do not meet all these conditions may not be accepted.

1. Opened or Used Products

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their safety seal removed.

This restriction does not apply when the product was delivered defective, damaged, incorrect, expired, or otherwise not as described.

1. Expired, Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

You are entitled to request a replacement or full refund if:

• The product was already expired when delivered;

• The expiry date is different from what was advertised or promised;

• The product arrived damaged, leaking, defective, or unsafe;

• You received the wrong product or variant; or

• The product does not match its description.

Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos showing the product, packaging, expiry date, and issue.

A product is not eligible for a refund solely because it expired after delivery if it was delivered within its valid shelf life and was stored or kept by the customer beyond its expiry date.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

Approved change-of-mind returns must be unopened, unused, and sealed. The customer is responsible for the return-delivery cost.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, damaged, expired, or the issue was caused by Men’s Wellness Store.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may request a return after receiving it, subject to this policy.

1. Return Process

Before returning any product, contact us at mwsqatar@menswellnessstore.net with:

• Your full name;

• Order number;

• Reason for the return; and

• Supporting photographs or videos, when applicable.

Do not send a product back before receiving return approval and return instructions from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

1. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank and can take approximately 5–10 business days.

For Cash on Delivery orders, an approved refund will be arranged through an available payment method agreed upon with the customer.

1. Refund Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a change-of-mind return when:

• The product has been opened or used;

• The safety seal has been removed or damaged;

• The original packaging is missing or damaged;

• The product has been stored or handled improperly;

• The request is submitted after the 7-day return period; or

• The product was damaged after delivery.

These exceptions do not limit a customer’s rights regarding defective, damaged, expired, incorrect, unsafe, or misrepresented products.

1. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws in Qatar.
